Exhibitor Information

  • PANC's Annual Education Conference Exhibition space is open to registrants from 7:45 am until 3:30 pm

  • All tables are located in the exhibit hall

  • Indicate on the registration form if you need power and/or additional space (extra space not guaranteed)

  • Registration includes 8' table, 2 chairs, and lunch/event attendance for 2 representatives. Additional representatives must register separately. 

  • Set-up is Friday, October 23 between 3 and 6 pm and/or Saturday, October 24 between 7 and 8 am. Tear-down can occur between 1:00 and 2:30 pm or after 3:15 pm.

  • Space location requests can be made but are not guaranteed

  • A roster of exhibitors including contact information is provided to all attendees (in-person and virtual)

  • Attendees receive a stamp card to encourage table visits

  • A limited number of table scholarships are available for entities with no marketing budget. An application does not guarantee participation. â€‹â€‹
